Abstract
In this paper the package Numpy from the programing language Python is presented as a computational tool that can help to solve the initial basic feasible solution involving transportation problem. This is also extension of our previous paper. The objective of this paper is to find how to minimize the transportation cost (TC) and to save a significant amount of time.
